Paid features, lifetime access, and refunds
Prices are in Australian dollars and displayed before checkout. The operator is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, Deductly Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase granting the purchaser access to the Pro features Deductly makes available for the commercially supported life of the Deductly service. It is not a promise that the service or every current feature will operate forever. Deductly may improve, replace, or retire features where reasonably necessary.
Refunds and remedies are provided where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. For billing help, contact hello@deductly.com.au.
Service availability and liability
Deductly does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every suggestion, classification, estimate, link, or third-party service is correct or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deductly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not override non-excludable consumer rights.
Intellectual property and user content
Deductly and its original site content, branding, software, and design are protected by intellectual-property laws. Deductly gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Deductly and its service providers permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and operate the requested service.
Third parties, affiliates, and suspension
Deductly may link to independent services and may earn commissions from disclosed affiliate relationships. Deductly does not control third-party services. Access may be suspended or terminated for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or security-threatening use.
Changes, governing law, and contact
Deductly may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Victoria, without limiting any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
